These hardy, multi-purpose sheep have become the mainstay of our small Northwestern Lower Michigan farmstead. Along with our flock of sheep, our chickens and expanding heirloom garden, Red Trillium Farm is the home we longed for since our days living in the big city.

I love to cook from scratch. While that is not always possible, I enjoy using as many of our farm-raised products as possible. I also am fortunate to live in an area with a huge farmer's market, countless orchards and vineyards, and even a culinary school at our local college.
